Sr. Manager Web Analytics
Job Description A leading Fortune 250 retailer headquartered in Memphis, TN is searching for a Senior Manager of Web Analytics to join their E-Commerce department. This candidate will lead a team of 5 to improve online and mobile experiences for both business and individual customers, and work a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in office in Memphis, TN. The ideal fit for this role will have an extensive understanding of digital marketing and analytics. Responsibilities may include: - Leading a team to analyze data and understand customer needs. - Collaborating with different departments to support data-driven decisions. - Turning customer feedback into actionable insights. - Managing site analytics to help with online strategy, marketing, and merchandising. - Analyzing trends and customer behavior to improve the digital experience. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for both B2B and B2C channels. - Providing and presenting recommendations to leadership to support digital initiatives. - Using strong analytical and organizational skills to connect data points and make informed decisions. - Analyzes financial aspects of the e-commerce business. - Evaluates new features after they are launched. Skills and Requirements - At least 5-7 years of experience in analytics. - Skilled in evaluating online marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, affiliate, display, social media). - Proficient in SQL (SAS, Google, BigQuery) and advanced MS Excel. Familiarity with AEM, CDP, and third-party marketing platforms - Highly skilled in Adobe Analytics - Solid understanding of e-commerce, web analytics, and statistics.
