The Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing team is hiring a Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our recruitment marketing efforts in Latin America, developing impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns that engage jobseekers and increase application volume across our key hiring areas.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for planning and executing engaging marketing programs, an ability to dive deep and use analytics to optimize performance, and a keen eye for detail.
Key job responsibilities
- Adapt and execute a regional recruitment marketing strategy to support Amazon Stores’ LATAM hiring efforts, aligning with centralized marketing plans, local hiring trends, and strategic business priorities
- Lead the development of recruitment marketing campaigns from initial brief to final launch, collaborating with hiring teams, business stakeholders, and creative partners to define specific messaging, segmentation, and placement strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Identify and build robust relationships with regional marketing agencies to drive creative production and media placement efforts
- Work closely with regional analytics and recruiting teams to proactively identify top hiring priorities
- Support strategic pillars, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Lead campaign reporting in-region and participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with relevant recruiting, business, and marketing stakeholders to stay close to their needs
About the team
The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will play a key role in Amazon Stores’ TA Marketing team, whose remit includes leading employer branding, social media, website management, and recruitment marketing programs across our Latin America, North America, and APJC regions. Amazon Stores is a large and diverse organization encompassing operations, online and physical retail, and administrative roles across Amazon, so the ability to learn the nuances between different lines of business is important.
