The Sr. Manager, Loyalty ( Acquisition & Early Engagement ) at Nordstrom is responsible for overseeing the strategy and delivery for loyalty marketing to acquire and activate new Nordy Club Members and Cardmembers across both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack brands . The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to develop innovative strategies, prioritize learning agendas, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a customer-centric strategy that drives growth.

+ Vision & Strategy:
+ Drive the strategy for loyalty marketing, ensuring alignment with Nordstrom’s overarching lifecycle and loyalty goals.
+ Lead the development and execution of acquisition and activation strategies for loyalty programs.
+ Inform and prioritize the learning agenda in accordance with loyalty customer acquisition and activation priorities.
+ Customer Insights & Strategy:
+ Leverage customer insights and collaborate closely with the Analytics team.
+ Develop and refine loyalty marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
+ Conduct ad hoc audience deep-dives to inform strategic decisions.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Partner with Brand, Digital Merchandising, Credit, TD Bank, Media, Operations, and Product Management teams.
+ Define and optimize cross-team processes.
+ Encourage cross-functional partnership to ensure cohesive and impactful strategies.
+ Leadership & Mentorship:
+ Lead and mentor the Loyalty Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, collaboration, and excellence.
+ Regularly evaluate and report on key performance indicators.
+ Translate data into actionable strategies for executive decision-making.
+ Own repeatable playbooks for executing tests.
+ Deliver planning and execution artifacts, collaborating with extended stakeholders as needed.
+ Performance Metrics:
+ Regularly evaluate and report on key performance indicators.
+ Translate data into actionable strategies for executive decision-making.
You own this if you have...
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
+ 10+ years of industry experience leading loyalty programs and teams.
+ Strong experience in a customer marketing role within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty marketing strategies.
+ Excellent analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on metrics and KPIs.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
+ Familiarity with modern marketing technologies and platforms.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $110,000-$210,000 annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
