Senior Marketing Officer, OHC

You are responsible for

As member of OHC China marketing team, support line manager take responsible for PTB sub -category, such as the annual operation and local marketing activation plan, collaborate with key team leaders to develop the strategic vision, scope and context for products / sales initiatives (includes market / competitive intelligence tracking, industry research, serving as an expert on how publishers buy)Actively participatie in product marketing and consumer/professional communication management to ensure brand/product position, image, and message enhanced and well deliveredPlan and execute marketing strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities.Actively involve into daily operation of PTB sub-categories through interactions with other functions, including product assortment, online/offline merchandizing, sales forecast and demand planning, stock inventory, and promotion pre-plan and post-evaluation, etc.Work with upstream functions to identify China market needs and as a stakeholder into portfolio pipelineResponsible for sub-categories sales growth, business case achievement, gross margin, A&P spending and effectiveness, and sales/operating margin.

You are a part of

You will report to the Oral Health Care Marketing Director and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or other related majors, focusing on branding communication experienceStrong analytical, communication and presentation skillsBe self-motivated, able to execute on new ideas and see projects through start to finish3 years marketing or brand managementKnowledge in consumer health care is a plusExperience with direct reports and managing a marketing team a plusFast learning curve and open to coach
