Master the activities related to the purchase of\nmaterial, material planning, production planning, inventory\ncontrol, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell\nAerospace. You are the partner in developing STRAP and will have thorough\nunderstanding of multiple work streams, develop, and measurably improve the\nprocesses of material management. You will provide guidance\nand coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. You are to lead\ncomplex, global, project teams within the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead\n Tempe Repair and Overhaul Materials Team.Optimize Material\n management procedures.Ownership and\n Improvement of Operating System Maturity.Monitor\n material plans in alignment with demand\n and financial requirements.Manage coordination of recovery\n plans between procurement and\n the production schedule.Engaged\n in SIOP process / key focus on inventory management.Develop\n talent on the team.Health,\n Safety, and Environment compliance.Deliver\n on ISC and GBE business objectives.Lead\n team to deliver on KPIs.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and\nregulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have\nasylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE10+\n years’ experience in Planning or Materials\n Management within a manufacturing environment.5+\n years of Integrated Supply Chain experience, and/or Customer experience,\n and/or project management experience. WE VALUEBachelor’s\n or Master's Degree.Significant\n experience in managerial role.SIOP\n experience.Capacity\n planning.Strong\n experience in project management and problem-solving skill.Expert\n within material control system such as MRP/SAP systems.Expertise\n across professional disciplines within material\n management function.Ability\n to influence and collaborate with all levels of the\n organization.Mentor\n new leaders or peers.Significant\n experience in materials management.#LI-Hybrid
