This position will be located in our Liberty, South Carolina office in the CRM Division.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Provide technical support to production personnel for manual and automated production processes.
+ Troubleshoot process and equipment problems. Make appropriate adjustments or repairs.
+ Provide instructional training to production personnel on equipment and processes using proper documentation.
+ Perform engineering tests and process validations. Compile and organize data to support the generation of engineering test and validation reports.
+ Collect and analyze process yield data.Inspect and disposition production parts per required documentation.
+ Perform preventive maintenance activities.
+ Responsible for monitoring assigned processes and providing feedback and/or solutions to process issues.
+ Use of voltmeter, oscilloscope, and/or similar equipment.
+ Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS),
+ Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
+ Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
+ Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Associates Degree inElectrical/MechanicalTechnology or comparable specialized training in automated manufacturing processes which provides a theoretical understanding of electronic or electromechanical disciplines or equivalent OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ Minimum 5 years progressively more responsible related work experience required to achieve the level of competency and depth of understanding necessary to perform at this level.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the job, including the ability to set up and operate specialized automated/manual manufacturing equipment.
+ Must be capable of understanding assembly drawings, processing documents, equipment schematics, and other associated documentation.
+ Demonstrated ability to use common hand tools and troubleshooting devices such as a multi-meter.
+ Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, computer and basic math skills.
+ Must maintain an acceptable level of proficiency in all applicable process certifications.
+ Experience working in a broaderenterprise/cross-divisionbusiness unit model preferred.
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
+ Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
+ Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
+ Ability to travel approximately 15%, including internationally.

The base pay for this position is $20.60 – $41.20 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
