The NACO Commercial Marketing Manager – Microbiology for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for implementing our broad business strategy and communicating this strategy to our customers by strengthening our regional brand and working closely with the North American Microbiology Commercial Leadership Team. This position is part of the Microbiology OpCo located in Sacramento, CA and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the NACO Microbiology Commercial Team and report to the Senior Director, Noth America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to expand penetration into key Microbiology Market segments through segmentation analysis, value proposition creation & customer-facing messaging. + Lead strategic initiatives as part of the Microbiology Strategic Marketing Plan for North America. + Drive core growth through New product introduction (NPI) post-launch. The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 8+ years of related work experience or Doctoral Degree in the field with 5+ years of work experience. + 5+ years of experience in clinical sales or a related discipline required (preferably within Medical Products, especially Diagnostics) + BSc in marketing, scientific or related discipline. + Several years of experience in marketing , delivering business results in an organization with a broad and sophisticated product offering (Microbiology market experience an advantage). It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + MBA preferred + Microbiology market experience + ID/AST expertise with a laboratory background strongly preferred At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The salary range for this role is $108,000 - $170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
