What Will I Be Doing
Lead & develop a team of National Account Managers Meet & exceed aggressive sales targets Lead Barcel USA’s strategy (1-3yr vision) in Convenience Grow Barcel USA’s In-Line presence, including new & existing product growth Performance Management of Customers & People Lead internal / external communication processes for team Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USA’s trade budget & guardrail requirements Collaborate to influence & lead product segmenting with Marketing team Strong collaboration with DSD leadership teams & Distributors P&L responsibility for channel Foster relationships with key retail merchants across multiple departments as needed. Identify expanding business development opportunities Executes growth objectives as set by the Company with attention given to budgets, profitability, promotional spend rates, and profit goals.
