**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **nCino Trainer** with strong instructional design skills to join our Commercial Banking Change Management and Business Execution Team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, delivering, and maintaining training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our users in the nCino platform. This role requires expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and the ability to effectively translate complex banking and technical processes into engaging and understandable training content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Develop and Deliver Training Programs:** Design and facilitate engaging nCino training programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) for diverse audiences, including bank employees, system users, and support staff.
+ **Instructional Design:** Leverage instructional design best practices to create comprehensive training materials (e.g., job aids, eLearning modules, user guides, and presentations) that cater to various learning styles and technical proficiencies.
+ **Needs Analysis:** Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and performance, and design training interventions that align with business goals.
+ **Content Development:** Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and update training content that reflects the latest nCino system features, updates, and integrations.
+ **Training Evaluation:** Implement assessment strategies (e.g., pre/post-tests, surveys) to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure learning outcomes, and make continuous improvements.
+ **Consultation and Support:** Serve as a resource for team members by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues related to nCino processes and functionality.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, product teams, and business units, to ensure training content is aligned with organizational objectives and product developments.
+ **Project Management:** Lead and manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
+ **Experience:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an nCino Trainer or within a similar role.
+ Proven experience in instructional design, including the creation of eLearning modules and instructor-led training (ILT) materials.
+ Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery technologies.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ In-depth knowledge of the nCino platform, including key features and configurations.
+ Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms.
+ **Skills and Competencies:**
+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
+ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
+ Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
+ Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
