Sr. Officer, Supply Planning

Responsibilities :
Optimize and coordinate the complete ordering cycle on SAP: Processing, Verification, Edition and Validation. Making sure our ordering system on SAP are accurate and regularly updated. Build strong relationships with suppliers. Follow up of purchase orders, prioritizing most urgent listed items. Inform the supply supervisor in case of any delay or date slip for most urgent listed items. On share system, fulfill key dates (invoice availability date, Pickup date, ETA Morocco, ETA Site) for the most urgent listed items, keeping them up to date. Attendance to supply review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers Working closely with Clearance team and provide to them all necessary documents to ensure proper supply is maintained. Coordinate with Reception team to ensure proper goods receipts on SAP. Support quality release by resolving complaints and discrepancies affecting inbound operations. Participating in monthly reporting as per guidelines. Follow-up all CAPAs & quality action plan. Participate in cost optimization related to supply activities. Monitors KPIs Support system issues, and liaise with SAP team via Ivanti PortalTechnical skills:
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in French and English in speaking and in writing. Reporting knowledge. Editing reports and consolidating the results of the performance of supply operations. Windows office (word, excel, power point)
Profile:
Education: Bac +3 (Logistic or Industrial Engineer) At least 4 years of working experience in Supply Chain related (Pharmaceutical industry is very recommended)
