**16198BR** **Title:** Sr. Operations Manager - Highland Women's Health Ambulatory Operations **Department/Cost Center:** 626 - Highland Women's Health **Job Description:** Optimizes operations and workflows of the Highland Women’s Health (HWH) ambulatory offices, works independently to analyze and initiate improvements to department procedures and protocols to enhance patient flow and patient satisfaction; guides and directs the department leaders in their roles; supervises the administrative, clinical, and clerical staff in their respective roles as quality control and assurance designee; partners with HWH physicians and providers to optimize patient flow and address administrative needs **Salary Rate** $100,000-$127,000 annually _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Bachelor degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ambulatory healthcare practice management or leadership is preferred; prior supervisory experience required. License/Certification Required: Current NYS Registered Nurse license or an equivalent licensed clinical practitioner required.
