Sr. Operations Program Manager - Credit Cards

As a Sr. Operations Manager in the Credit Card Division, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, overseeing operational processes, and driving process improvements. You will serve as a liaison between OneMain Financial’s product and operations teams and key partners like FIS. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor meetings, tracking the status of Statements of Work (SOWs), overseeing credit card plastic inventory, and ensuring seamless operational execution.

In the Role

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Lead vendor meetings, set agendas, track action items, and drive accountability

Serve as a liaison between FIS and OneMain Financial's product & operations teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution

Monitor and manage the status of Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure timely execution

Financial & Inventory Oversight

Review, approve, and track monthly vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance

Oversee credit card plastic inventory, ensuring adequate supply levels and coordinating reorders as needed

Project & Process Management

Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective execution

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk

Develop and maintain documentation for key workflows and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations within financial services, banking, or credit cards

Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts, particularly with third-party processors (FIS experience is a plus)

Strong financial acumen with experience approving and tracking invoices

Understanding of credit card operations, inventory management, and process improvement methodologies

Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate between multiple teams

Proficiency in Excel, project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet), and PowerPoint

Location: Wilmington, DE or Charlotte, NC [hybrid]
