Are you a tech-savvy Oracle expert ready to transform our accounting and finance technology landscape? As Senior Oracle Analyst, you will be instrumental in implementing a multi-organization, global Fusion Oracle environment for our high-growth manufacturing company, featuring the manufacturing of our industry-leading Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Endless Pools®, Freeflow Spas®, and Fantasy Spas®. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to drive technological innovation and optimize our financial systems.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

Are you an Oracle implementation expert? You will lead and manage the Fusion Oracle implementation and enhancement projects within the Accounting and Finance domain. We'll expect you to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and process flows that drive organizational efficiency.Are you a testing and configuration master? You will provide expertise in developing and managing comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, smoke testing, end-to-end testing, and User-Acceptance testing. Your ability to design, configure, and test Oracle applications will be crucial to meeting our business needs.Can you drive continuous learning? You will develop and deliver user training and documentation, continuously increase accounting and finance application knowledge, and stay current with Fusion Oracle updates and best practices.Are you a collaborative problem-solver? You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, understand our business environment, and connect relevant business stakeholders.Can you mentor and guide? You will mentor and guide junior team members on new processes, functionality, and system usage, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
 

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field from a four-year college or university7+ years of Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, or Oracle Fusion experienceHands-on experience in designing and configuring ERP applicationsProficient in MS Office suite, especially MS ExcelAbility to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, and other necessary documentationStrong verbal and written communication skillsOracle Certified Implementation Professional preferred

Hiring Range: $135,900 - $149,490.
