Job Title:  Sr. Oracle Payables Application Analyst 

This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Full-time hybrid position – remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule

Essential Functions:

Provide Production Support, work on change requests, Project implementations and new rollouts for Providence Oracle Cloud ERP Payables and Payment applications. Come up with system and process improvements based on support issues experience and interaction with business stakeholders. Question/challenge business-initiated changes to find out the root issue and come up with better solution. Be able to manage complexity of AP interfaces and resolve issues for bulk records and identify permanent fixes for recurring issues. Write SQLs and OTBI analysis to pull/slice/dice data for issue analysis with minimum dependency on technical team.

Preferred candidates would have the following:

P2P functional SME with 8-10 years of experience in the consulting world, having worked with various clients including Healthcare industry. Worked in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERPs with minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion. This is an individual contributor role, and the candidate is expected to strike balance with other team members and should not hesitate in reaching out to peers/business for receiving/offering support.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience). 5 years Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of  Automation in large scale Enterprise Systems. 2 years Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
