Description Robert Half is partnering with a Global Company, and sourcing for a Senior Paralegal to play a vital part in coordinating Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requests, drafting legal documents, and assisting with corporate secretary activities. This role is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate responses to due diligence and regulatory compliance inquiries from various stakeholders. • Draft and manage KYC packets related to entities formed in various jurisdictions around the world. • Implement process improvements and efficiencies within the processes. • Coordinate and manage the completion of confidentiality agreements with third parties. • Draft, review, and advise on amendments, joinder agreements, assignments, and other legal documents. • Draft board minutes, resolutions, and other corporate secretary documents. • Execute legal documents, including creating and reviewing signature and notary blocks to finalize documents. • Manage the process of obtaining electronic signatures on business documents.
