As a Sr. Analyst, People Operations, you will transform HR operations through data-driven insights and process automation. You will lead and contribute to projects that optimize HR operations, collaborating with key partners such as IT, People Partners, Benefits, Legal, and Payroll. Your role will involve managing global lifecycle programs, contributing to global and regional processes, and leveraging technology to drive process efficiencies. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will build scalable processes that ensure a high standard of employee experience and operational efficiency. This dynamic role requires adaptability, continuous improvement, and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

The Impact You Will Have Own and execute complex HR projects, ensuring global alignment of processes while accounting for regional nuances Manage employee lifecycle programs, monitoring program health, prioritizing work, and tracking KPIs to drive continuous enhancements Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with business priorities Streamline HR processes using technology to reduce administrative burdens and increase operational efficiency and scalability Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive multi-team projects from initiation to completion Develop and maintain playbooks and process documentation to ensure consistent execution of HR programs and processes. Serve as the escalation point for employee inquiries and regional complexities, ensuring a high-quality employee experience What We Look For 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR and People Operations roles Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field Strong background in Workday  Process improvement expertise including experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies  Excellent project management skills with ability to gather requirements, facilitate cross-functional initiatives, and drive change management Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable insights Deep understanding of employee lifecycle systems and processes Track record of success in supporting high-growth organizations
