Sr. Performance Analyst
Description Apply Now Open sharing options Save Saved Share We are hiring a Senior Performance Analyst to support initiatives specific to investment performance measurement and analysis! It involves collecting, calculating, measuring and analyzing investment performance, performance attribution and other performance relevant metrics as well as presenting results to internal business clients including: Marketing; Client Reporting; Portfolio Managers; Senior Business Leaders; Compliance; Product Development; and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

Calculation and analysis of relevant fund performance and other analytical dataProduction of recurring deliverables to internal business partners incl. load a variety of reports into internal systems,, including custom data requestsActive support of implementation of changes impacting performance, including development of solutionsPartner with internal organizations to ensure data quality and to identify and resolve issues related to reportingEnsure complete and detailed documentation of relevant processes are in place and well maintained


Required Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similarKnowledge of investments, fund accounting and reporting.5-7 years work experience in the financial services or investment management industryCritical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyStandout colleague who can efficiently meet fast paced target dates


Preferred Qualifications

Curiosity about financial marketsWork experience specific to performance measurement and analyticsExperience with investment analytic systems like FactSet or BlackRockCIPM, CFA or eager to pursueProficiency with Microsoft Excel

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $74,800 - $101,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
