Sr. Performance Manager

The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for managing relatively large, new and/or complex third-party relationships, programs, and initiatives.  Fosters relationships with internal and external partners to drive organizational success, analyzes initiatives, develops and fine-tunes programs, executes on strategic and program priorities, measures against performance goals, and ensures a culture of compliance and consumer treatment in line with company values.   Identifies areas where a change is necessary with an external partner/internal stakeholders or an internal process, fully analyzing the possible impacts of change to proactively plan for successful implementation.  Creates plans and manage projects of moderate scope and complexity.  Represents MCM in external environments.

Responsibilities

Manage third-party vendor relationships and the related programs and initiatives in support of organizational strategy and goals.Analyze business drivers at both the partner and program level to manage and improve performance.

Create, set, and communicate performance plans to drive results. Identify areas where a change is necessary with an external partner/internal stakeholders or an internal process, fully analyze the possible impacts of change to proactively plan for successful implementation. Identify root cause and frame a solution while considering insights of internal/external partners. Generate a range of solutions with associated benefits, costs, and risks.

Deliver on strategic and program priorities.Create plans and manage projects of moderate scope and complexity.Initiate recommendations and work with manager to finalize objectives/plans.

Drive program/partner communications both internally and externally.Ensure a culture of compliance including partner compliance with company expectations and vice versa.Emphasize MCM consumer treatment expectations in all internal and external interactions.

Education

Required: Bachelor

Preferred: Master/Advanced; Business

Language

Required: English

Experience

Required: 3 - 5 years of experience in a project or process management role, operations management, management consulting, or equivalent education and experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel). Program or relationship management skills, collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and analytical skills. 

Preferred: 3 - 5 years experience in financial services or Vendor / Program management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements.  Familiarity with SAS or other data querying tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).  Salesforce experience. Comfort with public speaking and representing corporate interests.  Ability to solve complex problems.

Starting Compensation
