As a Senior Platform Engineer, ServiceNow, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. **Who we are:** Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) comprises many of Capital One’s most important enterprise platforms. We play an essential role in establishing practices for building technology solutions across the company, while also delivering capabilities that exemplify those practices. **What you will do:** + Hands-on developing of ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules and partner with enterprise tools/systems to integrate as needed + Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios + Continuously improve software engineering practices + Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies + Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions + Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community + Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity. **Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification + At least 3 years of ServiceNow Development Experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree + 4+ years of experience of ServiceNow Development Experience + 1+ years of experience ServiceNow API Development Experience + 1+ years of experience in IT Asset Management + 1+ years of experience in IT Operations Management + 1+ years of experience in Workflow Development **_At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization)._** Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
