Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing portfolio management strategies, establishing compliance frameworks, and producing strategic reporting analytics.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and enhance portfolio management strategies, including project selection, prioritization, compliance, risk management, and resource allocation.
+ Align portfolio projects and programs with organizational strategic goals to maximize value delivery.
+ Partner with project and program managers to ensure individual initiatives align with overall portfolio objectives.
+ Continuously evaluate portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and impact.
+ Oversee resource distribution across projects to optimize performance and mitigate constraints.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, project sponsors, and business unit leaders.
+ Establish and enforce compliance frameworks and guidelines for IT portfolio management.
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
+ Conduct audits and assessments to verify portfolio-wide compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards.
+ Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends, updating portfolio management practices accordingly.
+ Provide strategic reporting, analytics, and financial insights to support portfolio decision-making.
+ Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including project outcomes and value realization.
+ Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track portfolio success and impact.
+ Prepare detailed reports on portfolio status, budget, risks, and overall performance.
+ Manage portfolio budgets by developing, monitoring, and controlling financial plans.
+ Present key insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements • Proven expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Strong understanding of budget processes and financial management
• Proficiency in change management principles and methodologies
• Extensive experience with SAP software
• Demonstrated ability in portfolio management and strategic planning
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and techniques
• Must possess PMP Certification
• Proficient in JIRA for project management and tracking Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
