Responsibilities:

Have the ability of in-depth analysis and improvement of abnormal quality on site and can skillfully use various professional analysis tools of quality.Confirmation of product quality status during sample or test, transformation of customer standards and preparation of internal quality control documents.Participate in process DOE verification and provide quality technical support.Quality anomaly analysis, process improvement, product yield improvement.Optimize inspection process and inspection projects, organize QC skills improvement education training and quality standard training.Formulation and implementation of plans to improve the pass-through rate of products from mass trial to mass production, analysis and improvement of major quality anomaliesResponsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors and coordinating the work between the department and other departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronics, machinery, materials and other science and technology.Good English reading and writing, able to read and understand relevant English materials, and can make 8D report in English, oral English is preferred.More than 7 years of PQE/SQE/CQE/DQE quality engineer experience in electronics related industry, working experience in optical communication industry is preferred.Familiar with electronic product manufacturing process and inspection standards, rich experience in on-site quality management. Have the ability to identify problems, analyse problems, solve problems and properly deal with problems.
