Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst CPSO/TSCO to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Melbourne, FL.
Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate must have relevant experience supporting industrial security programs. Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity, and meet deadlines. Also, serves as Top Secret Control Officer responsible for safeguarding top-secret material, including origination, marking, accounting for, storage, duplication, transmission, and destruction. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and requires minimal supervision. Some travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD or an additional 4 Years of Industrial Security or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP access.
Background investigation completed within the last 6 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI Access clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SCIF access.Experience in ICD 705 physical construction and TEMPEST requirements.Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and National Industrial Security Programs (NISP).Demonstrated, relevant experience in industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.SCIF/ SAPF Management Experience.Experience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs and requirements.Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity and meet deadlines.Strong leadership skills to include being a self-starter that can deliver results with minimal supervision and functions with high ethical standards.Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customer.Must be organized and efficient at time management.Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
