Roles and Responsibilities
Integrating, troubleshooting, and testing RF sensor systemsSupporting integration / lab environment development and establishmentCollaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to understand expected unit level and system level behavior to define test cases, and ensure testing is producing expected data points.Define & develop test capabilities that exercise and stress respective software and hardware capabilities.Support the development and maintenance of system integration plans and system test plans.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in science, engineering, or related discipline with 8 years of experience; or 6 years of relevant experience with a Masters (MS) degree; or 4 years of experience with STEM PhD degree.An additional 4 years of relevant experience/education can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor of Science DegreeExperience with RF lab test equipment: signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.Experience troubleshooting and resolving HW/SW/FW integration problemsExperience with test scripting, data analysis, and/or signal processingKnowledge of RF systems and hardwareClearance: Candidate must be a US citizen and currently have, and be able to maintain an active/current U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance or higher.Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Systems Engineering concepts, including requirements analysis and verification planning and executionMulti-disciplinary engineering experience and exposure (Software/Digital, Hardware, Electrical, Systems) and strong ability to communicate cross functionallyKnowledge and experience with ground radars and AESA radar development, design, testMaster’s degree in STEM or technical leadershipExperience supporting USMC and/or USAF customerAbility to qualify for program access based on customer requirements (SAP/SAR)Salary Range: $119,200.00 - $178,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
