This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking advancements in gene therapy and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. **Pay Rate:** $45 - $55/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and implement bench-scale operations for downstream purification processes. + Analyze experimental data to generate clear, detailed technical reports that outline process performance and validation results. + Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including formulation development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to scale up and ensure compliance with processes. + Assess and interpret process data, presenting key findings on product quality and performance to various teams. + Maintain accurate and thorough records of all activities in an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN). + Assist in drafting and reviewing technical reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other process documentation. + Engage in process transfer activities, ensuring smooth scale-up and process transitions. **Qualifications:** + B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline. + 2-6 years of relevant experience in purification process development or a comparable role. + Strong expertise in chromatography systems and control software, particularly Akta and UNICORN. + Experience in performing analytical and characterization assays, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). _This role offers the chance to be at the cutting edge of gene therapy and contribute to life-changing innovations.
