Sr. Procurement Contract Administrator
Job Title: Sr. Contracts Administrator Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Contracts Administrator to join our legal team. This role involves working closely with internal customers and vendors to review and negotiate various contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, contract management, and navigating ERP systems. They will also be adept at managing multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. Responsibilities + Review different types of contracts such as service, capital, and time and material contracts. + Ensure terms and conditions on contracts abide by company policies. + Negotiate terms and conditions on contracts with vendors and internal customers. + Work with internal customers on Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and other related documents. + Draft and manage the required contractual documents. + Manage multiple contracts and deadlines from a project management perspective. + Maintain working knowledge of contractual agreement language, standard contracting & bidding procedures, contract development and management, and general procurement procedures. + Utilize contract tracking & management systems effectively. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree is required. + 7+ years of purchasing (procurement) experience. + 3+ years of contract management, development, and administration experience. + Experience navigating ERP systems such as Netsuite or similar. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Strong interpersonal skills including excellent negotiation and facilitation skills. + Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. + Experience with government contracts and regulations. + Understanding of non-profit sector regulatory compliance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work across multiple operating companies. + Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy. + Ability to set priorities based on urgency and use discretion and independent judgment. + Professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, and organized. + Proficient in detecting errors and inconsistencies. + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated positive leadership skills. + Strong computer skills. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Work Environment This is an in-office role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The Sr. Contracts Administrator will have their own office space and will report directly to the designated supervisor. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
