We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our central Procurement function as Procurement Excellence Manager.

  What You Will Do: Lead coordination of the budgeting process within Cimpress Procurement, including preparation work, collect & consolidate the data within the company’s deadlines – and be the ''key point of contact'' for Cimpress Procurement Verify and consolidate reporting data (actual and forecast figures) of all Procurement KPI’s, financial and non-financial. Develop and train Cimpress Procurement and its partners on processes, policies and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and legal compliance in each country and region. Drive initiatives to incorporate sustainability into the procurement processes. Implement process improvements globally or locally, clearly document them, and ensure they are communicated and understood properly by the plants. Ensure proper tools are in place and utilized to manage sustainability in coordination with Cimpress Sustainability team. Optimize procurement processes for new acquisitions and the interaction with our suppliers, ensuring that no market leverage is lost by sharing unnecessary data (“leaks”) via processes, guidelines and implementation of enabling technology. Implement and drive usage of eTools to improve data and spend transparency across all Business ERPs; increase Procurement negotiation power and optimize supplier interaction (offers, eTenders, etc.). Plan and deliver training programs for processes and implemented technologies across Procurement, ensuring adoption and usage – including sustainability.   Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Administration Have at least 5 years’ International Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance experience, with 3 years or more at international companies with multifunctional structures and/or a business unit organization with decentralized decision-making processes. Very high standard of IT systems tools, at least with MS Office package (especially Excel and Ppt) – Ability to learn other tools and systems easily. Experience implementing Source-to-Pay solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, Emptoris, Ivalua, Sievo, etc. Strong analytical skills and business analysis.   Nice to Have: Training experience.
