Job Description Insight Globals top Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Lead Business Analyst/Technical Application Owner to join their Business Technology organization. The Lead Analyst will own Release Management and Operation responsibilities for their customized Veeva Vault PromoMats platform. The platform is leveraged for content management and digital asset management for their Digital Marketing and Copy Approval activities. As part of the Business Technology group the Application Owner will act as the primary POC between Veeva, the global support team, and the business stakeholders. There is a separate Business Analyst responsible for user stories for new feature development. This role will be instrumental in managing the 5-6 annual releases, as well as acting as the face of the platform for the business. The Lead must have deep knowledge on Agile Processes and SDLC documentation. They will work with support teams to analyze how new releases will impact existing SOPs and work with those teams to revise the compliance documentation. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in IT Business Analysis or Enterprise Release Management with in the Pharmaceutical sector Familiarity with Commercial Pharma IT Technology (Content Management, Digital Asset Management, CRM, Promotional Review, Digital Marketing) Experience in partnering with a 3rd party vendor, onshore/offshore teams for enterprise releases Experience in IT Application Operations and managing a support team Experience with SDLC Compliance documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions Agile experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and/or MedComms Experience in authoring SOPs Experience in writing user stories null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
