Sr. Product Development Coordinator, Men's Footwear (Hybrid)

 

General Summary: 

The Sr Product Development Coordinator is a key position which supports the design team in the administration of product from design to production. This position facilitates the product tracking with factory agents and is the key liaison between the design team and the factory to ensure teams know where the product is along the development life-cycle.

 

Location: This is a hybrid position and will be expected to work in the NYC office 3-4 days per week

 

Reports to: VP Product Development & Materials

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Enter pricing and pre-confirmation specs Confirmation and material swatch approval Meet with pricing team to review and communicate status of all Licensed Brands Follow-up with CGA (Camuto Group Asia) and outside agents for impending/past due CNF (Confirmation) and APP (Approval) deadlines; make recommendations for resolution Capture and recap all feedback from buyers & merchants on style revisions; communicate with design for potential changes   Participate and recap information from shoe base meetings with technician and fit approval team; determine and communicate risk assessment Participate in projection calls with DSW; update any changes in CNF specs Be a liaison between CGA/outside agents and DSW to approve post-market changes Unpack and review CNF samples against lot samples; call out discrepancies to DSW as well as CGA and track revisions Send samples to DSW; follow up with merchants and track feedback Communicate CNF approvals and comments to CGA Review TOP photos sent from CGA to ensure production looks correct; make recommendations for resolution Communicate tracking of TOP production samples from CGA and outside vendors to merchants Communicating marketing/model pair requests to CGA/outside agents Keeping log of marketing requests to ensure due dates are met

 

Required Skills: 

Must be organized and efficient Strong follow up capability and must be an effective communicator Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Proficient in Microsoft Excel Capable of managing boxes up to 30 lbs

 

Experience: 

3-5 years relevant experience

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous design or production experience or education Men's footwear 

 

 

Education: 

Bachelor degree  or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

The estimated pay range for this position is $27/hr to $36/hr ($56,160 - $74,880). The successful candidate’s actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of job-related factors including skill sets, years and nature of relevant experience, training, pay rates of associates in similar positions, the candidate’s location, and other organizational needs. The estimated pay range has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid or unpaid time off work, and retirement.
