Job Description Summary:

We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Agentic AI Platform, focusing on autonomous AI agents that can execute complex tasks and workflows. This role will shape the future of how AI agents interact, collaborate, and solve problems within enterprise environments.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define the product strategy and roadmap for our AI agent platform, including agent orchestration, task management, and interaction frameworks

Design agent behaviors, capabilities, and interaction patterns that deliver business value while maintaining safety and control

Develop frameworks for agent collaboration, including multi-agent systems and hierarchical task decomposition

Establish metrics and evaluation criteria for agent performance and effectiveness

Technical Leadership

Work with engineering teams to define agent architectures, including decision-making frameworks, memory systems, and learning capabilities

Specify requirements for agent safety mechanisms, including task boundaries, permission systems, and oversight controls

Guide the development of agent monitoring and debugging tools

Define integration patterns for connecting agents with enterprise systems and data sources

Platform Development

Create detailed product requirements for agent development tools, testing frameworks, and deployment systems

Oversee the development of agent marketplace and composition tools

Define standards for agent interoperability and communication protocols

Establish governance frameworks for agent deployment and operation

Business Impact

Identify high-value use cases for autonomous agents across different business domains

Work with customers to understand their automation needs and validate solution approaches

Develop ROI models and business cases for agent-based solutions

Guide the creation of agent performance metrics and success criteria

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or enterprise software

Deep understanding of large language models, reinforcement learning, and AI agent architectures

Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or multi-agent systems

Strong technical background in computer science or related field

Proven track record of delivering complex technical products

Essential Skills
