About the Role:
The Identity Protection team is seeking a Product Manager to help drive forward new identity offerings on the industry leading Falcon platform for new and existing markets. The ideal candidate should be a strong executer, technical, collaborative, and have a background in protecting and understanding identities of all types. You must understand cloud security and have overall cybersecurity knowledge to be able to help CrowdStrike stop breaches. You will work closely with engineering, partners, sales, support, and other product managers to deliver a compelling offer. A successful candidate will have the ability to interface with and influence cross-functional teams throughout the company.
What You'll Do:
Product design and development: Engage with customers, business, CTO and technology partners to translate problems into product features. Define those features and work directly with development teams on planning and prioritization to deliver quality outcomes on time.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate roadmap and features to engineering and field teams including marketing, sales, and identity solution architects on a consistent basis. Contribute to positioning conversations with marketing.
Be Data Driven: Continuously analyze key business success criteria of product usage and adoption to improve it.
Product Vision and Roadmap: Participate in the formulation of the product roadmap for identity protection. Integrate market analysis and customer insights to align with business objectives
This position will eventually require up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide
What You'll Need:
5 years of cyber security experience in field roles dealing with customers and technology partners (customer success, TAM, sales engineer or similar)
Minimum 3 years of practical product management experience at software development company
Proven record of success
Can hit the ground running requiring minimal guidance
Multitask and focus on multiple efforts at a time
Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders
Communicator! Skilled both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
Lead cross teams projects
Strong quantitative and business analysis ability
Can prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams
Background in Identity space or Identity protection an advantage
