Sr. Product Manager, Mobile Services

Position Summary

1. Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.
2. Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.

Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with all cross-functions to bring a new product or features to life on time and on budget – from concept through launch, by:Working with Strategy and Partnerships team for new products and features ideasOwn product requirements documentation, working with strategy, BD, engineering, design, research to ensure feasibilityUnderstand and articulate user needs, build associated business cases and prioritize product requirementsThink through products from UX, engineering and business perspectivesDrive communications with exec stakeholders for buy-inWorking with Engineering to create proof-of-concepts, prototypes, tests, and other creative ways to gather direct feedback early in the product development processWorking with development and QA teams for production launchUse data to drive decisions; ability to use hard data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and back up product decisions.  Measure every step of progress through data, and use data to track success of the productManage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the projectManage stakeholder communications and progress reporting throughoutEnsure quality of deliverables is verified and matching expectationsManage multiple concurrent projects with multiple teams around the worldLead and collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and create demand for new servicesDrive the evolution of the product and service

Skills and Qualifications

A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communications skillsBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of relevant experience with proven record around delivery OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ yearsStrong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills – with experience managing, directing, and monitoring cross-functional teams to achieve an outcome.Proven experience with Mobile, Digital and TV servicesTrack record of building and launching new productsProven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and back up product decisionsBe able to take the high strategic view as well as dive deep on issuesThe ability to manage chaos, ambiguity and complexity, in a detailed, organized wayAbility to have challenging conversations at all seniority levels internally and externally.Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, be able to defend work, and also know when to accept directionAbility to navigate heavily matrixed organizations and thrive within a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the weather industry, or like-business a plus
