The Stock Plan Services (SPS) Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to work as part of an agile team alongside our corporate clients, business stakeholders, and technology partners building and enhancing Schwab’s proprietary mobile application and software functionality supporting our Equity Compensation team.  Stock Plan Services is a department within WFS and provides equity compensation recordkeeping and brokerage services to corporate clients and their employees. The Product Management team is responsible for the welfare of the SPS product suite and sets the priorities and strategic delivery for the product roadmap. 

SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for executing, documenting, and communicating the Product roadmap, client deliverables, marketing asks, communication needs and internal user training and requirements. Adhering to the systems development life cycles (SDLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) working with Product Managers and software team members to provide testing feedback and design recommendations, and requirements while working with stakeholders for release planning and engagement. The role will also assist in delivering documentation and training for both internal and external client stakeholders. The Sr, Product Manager will work with fellow Product Managers, clients, and internal system users and experts, including the Schwab EquiView® equity compensation plan recordkeeping system and its integration into other SPS apps such as Schwab Stock Plan Manager®, Schwab.com, Equity Award Center, and other tools utilized by SPS and Schwab globally.

Leads the team to achieve core strategic goals and objectives for Equity Award Centers Mobile app.Develops and monitors the KPIs needed to reach department and product goals and strategy.Ideates on Product roadmap and goals.Creates features and initiatives above and beyond identified roadmap to support client and business asks and identified needs.Leads competitive analysis and identifies product gaps and opportunities compared to competitors and the industry.Can support multiple development teams and ensure adequate backlog and roadmap to ensure maximum output and delivery.Thought leader and expert in their product.Identifies and drives features to reach goals in simplification, automation, enhanced user experience with the internal user population.Creates and provides input into new business cases and iterates on justification for enhanced development and strategic opportunitiesWhat you have

Required Qualifications

Experience in Mobile app development iOS/Android. Experience in Equity Compensation and user experience as it relates to navigating receiving and managing equity comp. Prior experience in working with Schwab technical systems and platforms.Experience in Schwab Stock Plan systems and technologies.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
