Sr. Product Manager
Job Description Discover and document thorough use cases, including expected results, which form a foundation for development and testing. Define Product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives that enable digital experiences. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria following best practices. Deliver products with high quality by partnering closely with QA to review their test cases and make sure all scenarios are covered. Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights and prioritizing what to build. Lead user research studies, which may include resort guests and resort staff, to test assumptions and new product concepts. Measure results and adjust accordingly. Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them. Partner closely with Design, Engineering and Customer Success to help determine the best feature implementation while balancing time-to-market needs. Lead backlog grooming, rank backlog for sprint planning, and participate in daily standups, demos and retrospectives. Data-driven decision-making: Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies and competitive analysis to drive decision making. Contribute to product roadmap: goals, objectives, impact and metrics that align to business strategy and vision. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of software Product Management experience, with a focus on building technology products. Ecommerce experience is ideal, with knowledge of best practices. Familiarity with multivariate testing techniques and platforms. Experience working with customer account management systems, whether custom-built in-house or third-party solutions like Salesforce. Experience with identity and access management (IAM) platforms or SSO technologies (e.g., Auth0, Okta, Azure AD, or similar). Experience with systems integration.
