The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join Nutanix's SaaS Engineering Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience across pre-sales, product releases, and support for our customers, partners, and internal teams through cutting edge SaaS applications, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements related to hardware platform configurations, software releases, and associated documentation.


About the Team

At Nutanix, you will join the SaaS Engineering Product Management team. SaaS Engineering is the operating system for Nutanix driving world-class customer, partner and employee experiences through data-driven innovation. Within SaaS Engineering, you will be part of a pre-sales experience team building products and tools for our SEs and Partners aligning with the company strategy and core initiatives.   

 


 


Your Role

Engage with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather and translate requirements into actionable tasks.Enable pre-sales, product release and support experience for next generation of Nutanix HW platforms and SW products via SaaS applications.Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and technical publication teams to deliver seamless product rollout.Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive execution to meet business goals.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scale and enhancement.

What You Will Bring

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of total professional experience, including at least 5+ years in Product Management roles.

Domain Knowledge:

Basic understanding of infrastructure space, particularly storage and server systems..

Proven experience working with scalable SaaS applications.

Background: Strong experience in SaaS and infrastructure domains; exposure to engineering processes is highly valued. Should have experience working in agile frameworks and related tools. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  is required; an MBA is preferred.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams.

Strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in leveraging analytics for decision-making.


Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.


The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 148,000 and USD $ 296,400 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
