Summary Of Responsibilities
A client of Insight Global within the restaurant industry is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the overall Web & MarTech vision and accelerate growth.
The Product Manager will bring extensive experience to lead the development and management of our web properties and marketing technology stack. This role will drive innovation and partner with our marketing teams to shape the future of our data and digital technology strategy. The Product Manager will be responsible for various organizational growth initiatives and roadmaps to attract, engage, and retain guests. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering transformative marketing technology and web initiatives at scale.
Essential Functions
Partner closely with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to understand their needs, align technology solutions, and develop roadmaps
Own execution of near-term roadmap with a sense of urgency; including backlog prioritization, design, requirements, and ROI
Leverage a deep understanding of marketing technology and ecommerce providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
Identify emerging trends, assess market dynamics, and recommend innovative technologies
Understands how upcoming features should be coordinated across multiple workstreams to create a cohesive end-to-end guest experience by aligning roadmaps and delivery
Proactively pursue guests feedback via VOC, usability tests, a/b tests, product analytics and guests replays to inform roadmaps and feature sets
Lead overall budget management of web and MarTech platform costs and forecast future utilization in partnership with engineering
Required Experience
-5+ years of product management in ecommerce and marketing technology, driving strong and year over year growth in a business to consumer environment
-Demonstrated history of using data to drive product strategy and roadmaps
-Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced, resource lean environment
-Effective communication skills with experience articulating a direction confidently and credibly to gain consensus across multiple business units (Marketing, Engineering, Operations)
-Must be a self-starter, analytical, organized, growth minded, customer focused and independent problem solver with an attention to detail
-Experience with digital product development tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday.com & other agile products)
-Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
-Must have at least 3 years experience with the following platforms:
*Customer Data Platform
*CRM
*Mobile Attribution & Deep Linking
*Google Analytics/GTM/SEO Tools
*Product Analytics Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
QSR or fast casual restaurant experience.
Power Bi experience. null
