As a Senior Product Manager in the Synapse team, you will have the opportunity to work on one or more platforms to conceive, build and deliver innovative products and features that enhance user experiences and drive long-term growth for our customers. Your role will cut through the entire product development lifecycle for your assigned charter - encompassing product development, research, analytics, execution and growth. You will collaborate with peers across product management, UX design, software engineering, data science, and business functions.Responsibilities Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives aimed at enhancing retail and commercial banking digital experiences for banks and credit unions.Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that drive user adoption and satisfaction.Work closely with software engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize product performance, drive user engagement, and inform decision-makingPartner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and roadmap.SkillsAnalytical Thinking & Research orientationAbility to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights - analyze data, identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
CommunicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills for articulation of product requirements, effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
Tools & ProcessesProficiency in using product management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with agile development processes and principles.
