Alexa will help customers WW on their shopping journey by anticipating customer needs and suggesting timely shopping actions through seamless experiences across Echo devices, Fire TV, 3rd party devices, Amazon.com and the Amazon Mobile App. Alexa Shopping is seeking a seasoned product manager to be part of the team that will build and grow the next generation of online shopping.

As a PMT on the Alexa Shopping team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for enhancing the conversational shopping experience for customers around the world. You will leverage the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing to reimagine how Alexa can better assist customers with their shopping needs, accounting for the unique considerations of different languages, regulations, and customer habits in various international markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams in product management, user experience design, engineering, and operations, you will define the roadmap and bring new experiences to life that make Alexa shopping even more delightful and helpful for millions of global customers. This is a highly visible, strategic role that requires partnering with senior leaders across the Alexa and Shopping businesses to deliver meaningful business impact. You should be an innovative problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges and driving successful outcomes.
