Description As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you will create the product strategy and roadmap to improve engagement, striking the balance between multiple conflicting business constraints. With Amazon Flex, delivery partners are their own boss, build their own schedule, and choose from different types of delivery opportunities (e.g. Amazon Logistics). Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in sync with our advanced systems and processes, allowing delivery partners to secure delivery offers, track their delivery progress, and more. We own the end-to-end software product that shape the experience of how delivery partners get onboarded, find work opportunities from Amazon Flex at what prices, including web services, optimization systems, and a mobile app. Delivery partners are our primary customers. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
