The Brand Experience and Excellence organization creates, builds and leads innovation for brand owners in the Amazon store worldwide. The Customer Acquisition and Loyalty team in this organization focuses on helping Brands engage Customers on and off Amazon, develop a winning strategy for Brands to leverage social media to build stronger brands, and launch great products that resonate with Customers and achieve success.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Tech to drive our strategy to connect Brands with influential creators and measure the success of these engagements. As a PMT in our entrepreneurial team, you will own the vision and roadmap for the features and functionality to enable your vision. You will collaborate with scientists, business analysts, UX and engineering teams across Amazon to deliver innovations that are durable in time. Leveraging your technical depth, you will guide the integration and evolution of tech systems, proposing simple solutions to complex problems.
Key job responsibilities
Conducting market research and Seller interviews to collect data and anecdotes that will inform the roadmap
Writing strategy docs and PRFAQs to pitch ideas and seek alignment on program investments,
Performing deep dives on business metrics to identify problems or opportunities
Making sound prioritization decisions that are backed by data
Driving adoption, engagement and experimentation of products
Developing and managing mechanisms that ensure high quality at speed and scale
