Position Overview: Are you passionate about creating compelling member experiences and driving growth for one of the world's largest membership programs? As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for US Prime First-Party Benefits, you'll develop and execute strategies that enhance and expand Prime's value proposition through Amazon's diverse portfolio of services and benefits, and lead member acquisition initiatives.
Role Impact: You will shape how millions of members experience and engage with US Prime benefits across Amazon's ecosystem, while simultaneously driving Prime membership growth. Working within the US Prime organization, you'll lead the strategy for both existing and new Prime benefits, ensuring members extract maximum value from their membership, and spearhead efforts to acquire new Prime members.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end GTM strategies and cross-functional initiatives for Prime benefits across Amazon's ecosystem (Shopping, Entertainment, Grocery), including enhancement of existing benefits and launch of new offerings
* Develop and execute data-driven member acquisition strategies, including targeted segmentation and conversion optimization frameworks to accelerate Prime growth
* Lead stakeholder engagement across Amazon's business units to maximize benefit integration, acquisition impact, and alignment with customer needs
* Create compelling positioning and messaging strategies to drive both benefit awareness and new member acquisition, supported by comprehensive marketing narratives
* Design and implement experimentation roadmaps to optimize benefit discovery, adoption, and member conversion, utilizing customer insights and performance data
* Build comprehensive measurement frameworks to track and improve benefit performance, member engagement, and acquisition metrics across all initiatives
A day in the life
On an average day, you will:
* Develop, refine and manage the go-to-market plan and marketing experimentation roadmap for US Prime.
* Meet with internal and external consumer insights to deepen our understanding of Prime and non-Prime partners.
* Lead mechanisms that drive and track the performance in the marketing of US Prime across channels. Meet with product managers and business development leaders to understand the roadmaps and features of product and partnership launches.
* Analyze the performance of in-flight marketing initiatives, develop learnings, optimize under-performing campaigns and scale winning campaigns across channels.
About the team
This role will report to the Head of Go-To-Market team for US Prime. The broader US Prime organization is responsible for driving growth in the size and engagement of the Prime membership base in the US. The US Prime Go-To-Market team is a strategic marketing unit within the US Prime organization that drives the growth, engagement, and value of the Prime membership program. Operating at the intersection of consumer insights and data analytics, the team partners with product and marketing execution teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies. Their mission is to deliver and communicate Prime's value proposition while creating a holistic brand experience across all member touchpoints.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Track record of navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellence in managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing programs through cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in complex organizations
- Experience in both product marketing and customer acquisition strategies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
