You are a CCaaS marketing expert. You understand how to talk about and prove the benefits of cloud-based customer experience (CX) solutions. You know the CCaaS players (best of breed and UC/CC vendors) and understand where they are today in their journey of offering customer experience services to their customers. You can articulate CX challenges and have successfully helped sales teams and partners drive new business through product launches and campaigns.

You know your buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions and what’s important and what’s not. For you, this isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales team to be successful.

About The Role:

We are looking for a superstar Senior Product Marketing Manager who is capable of managing activities within 3 key areas: (1) GTM planning and execution for product launches, (2) content development, (3) revenue acceleration campaigns with Channel Partners, with effective program management of all the above. You are a self-starter with a resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset. Working closely with the CCaaS Product Marketing Director, and Product Marketing colleagues you will evangelize the product roadmap and collaborate on ways to grow our Contact Center as a Service book of business.

What you will be doing:

Go-To-Market Planning and Execution

Develop and execute GTM plans to accompany the release of each feature, using a clear understanding of the CCaaS product roadmap and in alignment with the CCaaS product management team. Produce ongoing research and analysis on Intermedia’s competitive landscape to gain a better understanding of strategies, positioning, and offerings in the market. Track key results from product launches and develop ongoing plans to improve those results. Collaborate with demand generation and field marketing to develop lead-generation programs that support CCaaS pipeline growth. Use data-driven insights to optimize GTM efforts, including campaign performance analysis and feedback loops.

Strategic Positioning and Messaging

Define key messaging and value propositions for CCaaS solutions to differentiate in the market. Ensure messaging aligns with customer needs, verticals, and market trends. Develop persona-based messaging for different stakeholders

Content Development

Develop solution-based marketing content to enable sales and channel teams to build and grow sales funnels. Support roadmap feature launches with all necessary GTM materials, training, webinars, and other communication requirements. Own and program-manage content development objectives and key results for CCaaS.

Sales Enablement & Training

Work with Sales/Partner Enablement to create sales playbooks, battlecards, competitive comparisons, and demo scripts to equip sales teams and partners with compelling narratives. Help partners establish a CX practice by creating content that Intermedia sales teams and partner enablement can use for training, best practices, and demos.

Pipeline Initiatives with Channel Partners

Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a variety of revenue acceleration tactics for partners, including webinars, campaigns, and pitches. Build, launch, and track launch-related campaigns that drive pipeline and measure their impact.

What you will bring to the role:

3-4 years of related work experience in product marketing or product management – CCaaS experience a big plus. Proven track record of building effective multi-use content plans and executing those plans within project timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, conclusions, and recommendations with clarity and to diverse audiences. Adept at juggling many (and at times competing) projects at once, while never losing site of the core message and goal behind your work. Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally. Experience working and presenting to sales teams. Experience in positioning technology products in various industry verticals. Working knowledge of cloud services, hosted services, software as a service, or Contact Center as a Service solutions. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred and/or equivalent work experience. Self-starter with a resourceful, can-do attitude

Bonus Skills:

Deep knowledge of the UCaaS/CCaaS landscape with the ability to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities assisting Intermedia to better compete and win in the marketplace. Ability to understand the buyer personas across various industry verticals and can easily articulate customer centric content, messaging, and positioning to empower our sales and channel teams.
