Presenting monthly updates, communicating needs from the business to IT, helping create an executable technical vision from what leadership is driving from a high level perspective 3. 2+ years of experience with Dynatrace being the product owned Job Description As a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst, the successful candidate will need to act as a liaison, working hand in hand with stakeholders, application owners, partners and development teams throughout the entire development lifecycle. The candidate must operate with a focus on delivering customer centric value using a design thinking mentality, efficiently gathering and documenting requirements, assisting with story writing and support efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment will be key skills for this position. Experience working in the Site Reliability Engineering space (observability, automation and performance engineering) is a huge plus. The main activities of the role are (not limited to): • Works closely with business stakeholders and SMEs (include Store Support teams, Infrastructure Teams, as well as Digital Apps (mobile and web) teams) to perform analysis including gap analysis on internal systems and processes as well as integrations • Collaborates with business teams to write user stories and acceptance criteria for new application features and assists with backlog prioritization sessions. • Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development a plus • Familiar with Figma/Miro/Mermaid Diagramming and Flowcharting/Modeling Tools a plus • Familiarity with Journey Mapping, User Experience Mapping, Feature Mapping and Story Mapping a plus • Provide inputs into test plan creation and perform testing, as needed. • Act as a liaison between the business users and IT during design/solutioning activities • Document functional requirements (experience writing user stories in Behavior Driven Development format is preferred) • Develop and document Use Cases • Effectively work on multiple assignments, activities or projects as required TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 3-5 years as a Technical Business Analyst with experience acting in a role such as project manager, product owner, QA, process improvement • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Technology • Computer Literate – Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills; JIRA/Confluence/ServiceNow/Office365 skills a bonus • Experience performing research and root cause analysis • Experience with mobile apps and websites, tracing transactions, understanding the flow a transaction takes and testing • Experience with Online Ordering and understanding the user journey throughout the transaction • Familiarity with Azure DevOps a plus • Experience working with DynaTrace a plus (or similar monitoring tools, ie. App Dynamics, etc) Additional Skills & Qualifications PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS/ACCOUNTABILITIES • Coordinates with project managers and application development managers on projects with overlapping impact and scope and identifies risks and mitigation strategies • Research system issues and work with the technical team to assist with resolving the problem, document the troubleshooting steps, and at times train support team for future incident handling • Acts as a liaison between departmental end users and end customers, developers, and consultants to facilitate the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems. COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Individual must be able to communicate to all levels of employees • Good at relationship building and communicating 1:1 as well as with groups • Strong presentation skills or interest in building presentation skills with leadership Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
