You will lead projects that expand and enhance the procedural content, features, functionality and experiences on CIBC’s internal platforms. As a **Senior Product Owner,** you are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of KM projects, including intake assessment/estimation, capacity planning, stakeholder management, financial management, reporting and frameworks. You will work in a fast-paced environment with various lines of business, project managers, content writers, analysts, consultants, designers, developers, vendors and leadership for the delivery of medium and large-scale projects. You will have a high level of interaction with business partners and with management of internal and external groups. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview._ **How You’ll Succeed** **Project Management** + Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet expectations. + Initiate the project by outlining cost, resource, and time estimates. + Implement and expand current project delivery frameworks into the portfolio. + Prepare project plans to manage the timely execution of business deliverables. + Actively contribute to and maintain the project backlog. + Constantly monitor processes and practices used by the team and provide guidance to continuously improve project execution and ensure teams are operating at optimal capacity. ​ **Relationship Management** + Ensure open information flows among stakeholders and resolve issues, provide mitigation actions, as well as timely and accurate tracking of project issues. + Work with both internal and external stakeholders to communicate project objectives and manage client expectations. + Work closely with partners to ensure deliverables meet business needs. **Business Acumen** + Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of CIBC’s platforms, processes and knowledge management best practices. + Monitor industry best practices on a continuous basis, assessing the impact and ensuring relevant advancements are reflected in strategy and plans. **Leading and Mentoring** + Support end-to-end project delivery as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of Designers, Content Writers and Analysts. + Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems. **Who You Are** + **You demonstrate** 5-10 years experience in Product Owner and or Project Delivery role. + **You put our clients first** .
