Summary: Seeking a Sr. Production Team Lead responsible for overseeing production operators, driving key metrics, and achieving production schedules.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

HS Diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools

Knowledge of MRP systems a plus

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CTB and/or Production Plan

Job Responsibilities:

Assign jobs to qualified operators using CTB or production plan

Review dispatch throughout the workday and assign jobs based on priority

Schedule overtime based on capacity demands

Review and record scrap rate daily with RCCA for each event

Ensure all work is performed using proper PPE

Facilitate operator training with Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, and/or Manager

Train and develop associates in required skills, processes, and procedures

Lead root cause analysis activities using methods such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and 8 Step problem-solving

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
