We are seeking a Sr. Productivity Analyst to work out of our Austin, TX location for our Cardiac Rhythm Management division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Managment, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
The primary function of the Sr. Productivity Analyst is to provide critical support to the key Margin & Profitability (M&P) Value Streams for the CRM Division. This individual will support key commercial efficiency and profitability projects focused on resource allocation and commercial support investment.
This individual must be able to analyze and dissect large data sets, identify trends, opportunities, and propose recommendations to positively impact trajectory.
The scope will include both long term planning and roadmap development, as well as short-term execution of critical projects and programs.
What You’ll Work On
Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities to drive greater organizational efficiency within all commercial organizationsIdentify opportunities to improve return on investment (ROI)Map resource allocation and impact zones to understand cross functional opportunities and efficienciesSupport key division Margin & Profitability Value Streams, including execution of large scale / high impact initiativesProvide critical analytical support for long-term value creation; Determine the ‘what must happen/stay on track’ with an analytical / data first mindset Provide valuation models for material decisions to AbbottEstablish and evaluate key metrics; drive results through innovative value creation and initiatives for continuous, measurable improvementsDevelop & deploy sustaining tools and processes that will continue after the Value Stream “ends” for SustainabilityCollaborate closely with all functions to support the CRM journeySupport any key strategic initiatives and activities being driven by CRM organization to improve margin and productivitySupport large-scale projects to reduce costs, reduce inventory investment, improve/streamline "go to market" strategies/processes and/or improve service to CRM customersRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Human Resources or related field.3 years of project management and/or resource planning experienceApply Now

The base pay for this position is $64,000.00 – $128,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
