**Your Impact**
Commercial:
Focus over Order Book Processes over the GTM Order capture process. Include but not limited:
+ Work with partners towards an efficient GTM including RDDs, Early Buys, Main Buys and Chase Buys.
+ Guide partners over the GTM process aiming for efficient fcst /order reception aligned with strategy.
+ Validate forecast to provide managerial insights for opportunities and risk for the seasons at the level of category, gender, division and channel
+ Review strategy and order process from partners, validating yearly and seasonal strategies versus forecast and order received.
+ Work with other UA teammates including Planning, GTM, Account Service, etc to validate MOQs, and other order requirements.
+ Manage the Open Order Report (OOR) including URD on an ongoing basis to ensure service level qualities are met and define actions to be taken in alignment with manager.
LATAM Licensing:
• Coordinates & contributes to Vendors Good Performance. Provides support & tools to Vendors helping them to meet UA expectations in terms of OTD & production tracking. Be the communication channel between Vendors & Under Armour generating cross functional communication with other departments for the Vendors to execute.
• Receives from partners the Buys. Analyze & send to Vendor (Licensee).
• Follow up confirmation process and give the partner feedback to complete buy confirmation.
• Validates Vendor capacity by process:
+ Cutting, embellishment, sewing and packing to determine overall capacity to be aligned with Vendor capacity offer.
• Monitors and Reviews OTD metrics for accuracy and create feedback loop for vendor engagement and awareness.
• Leans on data clerk support staff to execute PO updates in SNC/FMS better suited for mass updates.
+ FTW Components and Sandals from VULCABRAS/BRZ to BISA Group/ARG (actual) and Mexico.
+ Socks from DERWILL/ARG to Brazil and Chile (actual), Mexico and other Andina Countries.
+ Potential new licensee to serve Mexico – under review.
• TRASIX Maintenance – Extend the APP, ACC and FTWR ranges into TRASIX season over season.
• Centric maintenance for APP, ACC, FTWR– Sourcing Data, Costing, Master Data and UPC Management – H/O to Licensees.
• Coordinates alignment with sourcing on any discrepancies on pricing, season, and similar and update the systems accordingly.
• Executes together with Supply Planning SNC/FMS maintenance, MOT updates, PO splits (partials), PO manual approvals (Pushouts/Early Shipments) and any other update needed.
• Contributes to the logistics team, coordinating shipments, approving ocean bookings in APLL system & follow up air bookings with RCS/WPL.
• Prepares bi-weekly updates and communicates any delivery and manufacturing issue to the production & supply planning team.
• Day-to-day liaison with Sourcing, Design, Development, Merchandising, PLM, and Production staff (Global and Locally).
• Work with UA LATAM Licensing squad to lead the portfolio of Licensing projects in the region.
**Qualifications**
Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:
• University degree in business management, ideally with marketing and sales focus
• 4-6 years of experience in sales development preferably within the sports and apparel industry
• Fluent in English, ideally conversant in Portuguese.
• Knowledge of LATAM Market, ideal with factory, vendors and/or L4L process creation.
• Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
**Workplace Location**
+ **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Panama office.
+ **Return to Work Designation: 3** days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
