What will I do at Under Armour?
This position will provide direct support to Sr. Manager in helping develop and drive the club/grassroots team sports business.
This position will be hyper focused on our AAU basketball circuit.
Direct sales responsibilities in a key category of basketball with the ability to support other sport categories alongside of the team. Responsible for ownership of delivering on sales targets for respective areas of business and driving go to market strategy and activation.
Additional responsibilities include prospecting of potential partnerships, maximizing current grassroots partnerships, forecasting the apparel, footwear, and uniform needs of our club organizations, stay hyper connected to our key service partners in the space.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, report on the business trends, and capture market share.
Drive dialogue and feedback to inform UA product team trends and needs in this channel.
• Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office.
Base Compensation
$77,902.00 - $107,115.80 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
