What You Will Do:
OPNAV N2N6D Cybersecurity PPBE Analysis and Support — The candidate shall support N2N6D by providing PPBE analytical expertise in support to government personnel in evaluating and integrating capabilities, programs and technologies for Navy Information Warfare. This support includes the following: analytic tool development, brief production, analysis integration, cost-modeling, cost-estimating and general N2N6 capability and programmatic assessment process development.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
THREE (3) years or more years of direct full-time work experience in two or more of the eight (8) (ISC)² security domains (CBK) and recent development, implementation, and/or support of Cyber Security solutions and identifying performance risk OR in capability definition and operation Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems and/or unmanned systems.
Knowledge of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Process; and Naval concepts.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in one of the following fields: Computer Sciences, Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management, Data Science, or Operations Research.
TEN (10) years of experience (at least five years of which were in a managerial capacity) in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and/or unmanned systems.
Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control; computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies; cybersecurity principals; national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they related to cybersecurity; risk management processes; cybersecurity lapses; development of, Standards, Governance, Policy; the Department of Defense PPBE Process; and Naval concepts is desired.
Experience planning, organizing, executing, and controlling performance of technical, business and financial services projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.
Experience coordinating all parties to tasks, performing quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and activities for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
