Proof of citizenship status will be required at time of hire.******* About the Team Alight Global Security (AGS) is a leading company dedicated to providing comprehensive security solutions and services to businesses worldwide. Our objective is to ensure the safety and resilience of organizations through the implementation of best practices and innovative strategies. **Responsibilities;** + Managing routine updates to detailed information supporting the BCMS. + Providing business guidance, standards, and consultation to business units for global BCMS best practices. + Working with location leaders, business unit leadership, plan owners, and coordinators to develop and maintain viable recovery plans. + Performing Business Impact Analysis with business process owners. + Ensuring annual compliance of all BC plans. + Conducting annual exercises for each location and business unit. + Assisting the Alight Response Center (ARC) with BC recovery from an actual incident. + Maintaining and modifying Riskonnect BC&R tool and BC/DR plans within the tool. + Representing BC in SOC and client audits **Requirements;** + Have proven experience leading and working with senior leadership. + Be able to positively react to change as the Company evolves and the needs of the department change. + Possess an equivalent work experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or a related Information Technology field. + Possess extensive experience in Risk Management, Business Resilience, Continuity Planning, Incident Management, or related fields, demonstrating a successful track record. + Having ISO22301 accreditation, being a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), or being a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) is advantageous but not mandatory. + Previous experience in Riskonnect BC&R, Assurance CM, or other BC/DR Planning tool is desirable. **Flexible Working** So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible. Salary Pay Range Minimum : 72,200 USD Maximum : 114,500 USD Pay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
