The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Program Coordinator, Health Science, Implementation. This part time position can be home-based within the U.S.

Responsibilities Provides a wide variety of skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical and clerical support to staff and volunteers in accordance with Association policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.Ability to fully understand and support assigned initiatives and programs and ensure a high quality of service is provided to all staff and volunteers.Coordinates logistics for assigned events, meetings and programs and provides day-of-event support as needed. Attends staff meetings, stays current on department and association-wide updates, and applies the information learned.Performs other duties as needed to achieve department and association-wide goals.

 

Qualifications Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Advanced project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skill in proof reading for grammar and spelling.Proven ability to work collaboratively and to maintain a professional manner in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred experience:

Knowledge of CPR and Hands-Only CPR training options.
